Colleen K

Colleen is currently a senior at Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical High School. Colleen is an agricultural enthusiast who is involved with 4-H and FFA (Future Farmers of America). In her time with these organizations, she has gained an immense knowledge of and respect for agriculture. Colleen first discovered her love of agriculture when she joined 4H, and has even been awarded “Best Overall Horticulture Exhibitor”

at the Topsfield Fair. Colleen is also an FFA officer in the position of

president, where she learned how crucial agricultural sustainability is, and about the many different paths within agriculture she can pursue. She plans to one day have her own farm, where she will produce livestock and cut flowers. Colleen will be attending University of Arkansas or University of

Connecticut, and will major in Poultry/ Animal Science and Horticulture.
